GSG Submits for Major MXD Project

"LAS VEGAS-Locally based Glen, Smith & Glen Development is seeking entitlements for a 40-acre mixed-use development in Henderson, NV, a southeast suburb of Las Vegas. The site is adjacent to a city-owned, 100-acre former gravel pit that is slated to become a park. The GSG proposal, which goes before the city’s planning commission next month, calls for 1,588 residential units and 850,000-sf of commercial, office, hotel and civic space, according to city documents." ...
