DC Seeks Partner for $170M Redevelopment

"WASHINGTON, DC-The District government is seeking a development partner for its latest redevelopment project it values at $170 million--the redevelopment of the Park Morton public housing complex located on the Georgia Avenue Corridor. Mayor Adrian Fenty’s administration has issued a solicitation for offers to rebuild the complex into a mixed-income community that will include more than 500 new units of affordable and market-rate housing." ...
