Premier Inn signs joint venture to develop value hotel brand in Oman
Britain's biggest and fastest growing hotel brand, Premier Inn, has announced the signing of a joint venture to introduce the mid-market hotel chain to Oman.

"This new venture marks the beginning of a strategic partnership with His Excellency Abdul Alim Bin Mustahail Bin Naseeb Rakhyoot and Premier Inn Hotels LLC, a joint venture between Premier Inn and The Emirates Group, to develop the Premier Inn brand within the Sultanate of Oman.
Premier Inn will introduce their high standard, 'value' hotel model into the Oman hospitality market with plans for at least 3 sites to be opened in the country in 2010.
Initial target areas will be Muscat, Sohar and Salalah. It is expected that the first phase of development alone will involve an investment of around Dhs350m or OR37m." ...
