Tejon, Rockefeller Debut 606,000-SF Warehouse

"TEJON RANCH, CA-The Tejon Ranch Co. and Rockefeller Group Development Corp. have unveiled their joint venture's first warehouse project, a 606,000-sf building on a site that has won foreign trade zone designation. The US Department of Commerce has recognized an initial 177 acres as an FTZ at Tejon Industrial Complex, the 1,450-acre master planned commercial development north of Los Angeles along the Interstate 5 near its intersection with Route 99.
