HVS' European Hotel Valuation Index for 2008 and their European Hotel Transactions, 2007 have been release this week.
The Valuation Index includes text and tables broken out by country on annual growth rates, hotel values (% change 1994-2007), new room supply, hotel values/room (1993-2007), etc.
The Transactions report includes text and tables on single asset transaction (specifics and trends) and portfolio transactions.
