City Council Rejects Latino-Themed Water Park
"SANTA ANA - In a closed session Feb. 26, Garden Grove City Councilmembers voted 5-0 against a proposed theme park at the Willowick Golf Course in what has been deemed the city's InternationalWest resort area. While the 100-acre project site is located in Santa Ana, it is owned and operated by the city of Garden Grove.
The Latino-themed water park was proposed by developer Ron Granados and would have included a 1,500-room hotel." ....
